Lyndsay Calkin is an accomplished events management professional with extensive experience in planning and executing a wide range of conferences and events. Currently serving as Manager of Conferences and Events at RTI International since June 2022, Lyndsay leads a team in developing event strategies and managing logistics for events with up to 500 attendees. Previous roles include Event Manager at Blackboard, Senior Events Planner at RTI International, and positions at Party Reflections, Inc., Museum of Life and Science, Party Time Rentals, and other organizations. With a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from West Virginia University, Lyndsay has a proven track record of project coordination, logistical support, customer service, and event planning expertise across various sectors.
