Marjorie Williamson has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Marjorie began their career as a Consultant at Criterion in 1988 and later worked as a Compensation Advisor at FedEx from 1992 to 2000. From 2000 to 2006, Marjorie served as a Director of Compensation at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Marjorie then joined PPD as the Director of Global Compensation and HR Analytics from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they held similar roles as the Director of Global Compensation and Benefits at both Sensus and Cree. Marjorie worked as the Director of Compensation at Cigna from 2013 to 2015 before moving on to RTI International, where they held various leadership positions including Senior Director of Global Compensation and Benefits, Vice President of Global Total Rewards and HR Operations, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Total Rewards and HR Operations.
Marjorie Williamson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance, General from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 1980 to 1985. Marjorie then pursued their MBA in Human Resources at the University of North Texas from 1988 to 1991. Marjorie also holds certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork, obtained in September 1990, and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from WorldatWork, to be obtained in 2023. Additionally, they have certifications in Online Virtual Facilitation and Senior Professional in Human Resources from Kassy LaBorie Consulting, LLC and SHRM, respectively.
