Micah Segelman is a Health Policy Researcher and Program Manager at RTI International since May 2016, focusing on various health policy initiatives. Prior to this role, Micah contributed as a PhD Researcher at the University of Rochester Medical Center from June 2012 to May 2016, with dissertation research examining the effects of HCBS spending on admissions and hospitalizations among Medicaid waiver enrollees. Additionally, Micah served as a Research Assistant/Analyst at the University of Rochester and the National PACE Association, conducting analyses of long-term care service costs using Medicaid data. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Services Research and Policy, a Master's degree in Statistics, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a minor in Economics, all from the University of Rochester. Micah also attended the Rabbinical Seminary of America and the Talmudical Institute of Upstate New York.
