Yashikra Bishop

Yashikra Bishop is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Manager of IT User Support at RTI International since August 2008. Yashikra has held various roles within the organization, including Supervisor of IT User Support and Support Services Quality Assurance Specialist, focusing on managing desktop support operations, technology enhancements, and quality assurance metrics. Prior experience includes roles at MeadWestvaco and Affiliated Computer Services, where Yashikra addressed and resolved technical issues for a large user base. Early career experience includes a position as a High School Teacher in the Computer and Technology Department at Colegio Adventista Metropolitano in Panama. Yashikra holds multiple certificates in Business Essentials, Technical Communication, and Computer Networking, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencias y Tecnologia.
