Axel Tölke

Axel Tölke has a diverse work experience in product management and strategy. Axel began their career at Lycos Europe as a Project Manager in 2000 before moving on to Spray Network AB as a Product Manager in 2001. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Product Manager at Jubii A/S. Tölke then returned to Lycos Europe as a Senior Product Manager from 2004 to 2008. Axel continued their career at VZ Netzwerke Ltd as a Senior Product Manager from 2008 to 2010, and then as Head of Product Platform from 2010 to 2011. Tölke joined ResearchGate in 2011, initially as Head of Product Management until 2014, when they became Head of Product Strategy. With a strong background in product management and strategy, Tölke has accumulated valuable experience in various industries.

Axel Tölke obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Double Honours Sociology & Business Administration from Keele University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Axel later pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing at Alliance Manchester Business School from 1998 to 1999.
