Jeanot Gauvin has extensive experience in clinical trials and forensic science, currently serving as Regional Manager for Clinical Trials and Medical Genetics Clinic Manager at Réseau de Santé Vitalité since January 2018. Prior roles include Research Coordinator at the same organization, Forensic Specialist at Politie Nederland from October 2009 to April 2017, and DNA diagnostics analyst at AMC - Academic Medical Center in 2009. Earlier experience includes an internship in the Genetic Identification Department at Erasmus MC in 2008 and work as a Roughneck/motorhand at Nabors Industries from June 2003 to June 2006. Jeanot holds a Master's Degree in Forensic Science from the University of Amsterdam (2006 - 2008) and a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from Université de Moncton (1998 - 2002).

Vitalité Health Network is a regional health authority providing and managing health care and services in an area covering northern and southeastern New Brunswick. The Network is the only Francophone managed organization of its kind in the country and has nearly 60 points of service providing a range of health care and services to members of the public in the official language of their choice. The care and services provided include: • Community and home-based care and services • Acute care (hospitals) • Addiction and Mental Health Services • Public Health • Training and Research The Network has over 7,000 part-time and full-time employees, over 550 physicians and specialists, and over 1,000 volunteers. The Network’s 2016-2017 budget was $663 million. Our points of service are distributed throughout our territory, and include: • 11 hospitals: 5 regional hospitals and 6 community hospitals; • 9 health centres • 5 clinics • 10 community mental health centres • 4 Addiction Service centres • 2 Veterans’ centres • 11 Public and Sexual Health offices
