Megan Goudreau

Megan Goudreau is a seasoned professional in healthcare management and music therapy, currently serving as the Regional Manager of Patient Experience at Réseau de Santé Vitalité since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a patient experience advisor at Hospitale George Dumont and management of Integrated Quality and Risk Management at Louis Brier Home and Hospital, where Megan focused on risk mitigation and quality improvement. With a background in music therapy, Megan has worked extensively with various populations, including those in elder care, palliative care, and mental health support. Megan possesses a Bachelor of Music Therapy from Capilano University and has furthered their education with certifications in conflict resolution and integrated quality management.
