James Maddox

James Maddox is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Reserv since July 2023, James previously held the position of VP of Conversational AI at StepStone from May 2021 to September 2023. James co-founded Mya Systems and served as its Chief Technology Officer from May 2016 to May 2021, and co-founded FirstJob, holding the same title from November 2011 to May 2016. James began a career in software development at MindJolt, where employment lasted from August 2008 to July 2011. James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
