Carolina Portella

Carolina Portella has extensive experience in leadership and human resources, currently serving as the General Director of Reserva Mini since May 2014, where the mission focuses on nurturing a free and conscious generation through childhood challenges. Carolina also holds the position of Human Resources Manager at Reserva, dedicated to caring for the employees who contribute to the organization’s purpose of emotional connection and daily surprises. In addition, Carolina has a vital role as a full-time mother to Pedro since February 2012, while previously holding a managerial position in Talent & Organization at Accenture from April 2004 to May 2014, where various projects were led. Carolina's early career included serving as President of the Empresa Júnior PUC-Rio, achieving a silver diploma for management quality during 2003-2004. Carolina earned a bachelor's degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and is pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at Ibmec.
