Matt Kuisle

Matt Kuisle is currently the Southeast Regional Executive Director at Reserve Advisors. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Reserve Advisors from June 2000 to March 2006. Matt was responsible for the inspection and analysis of the condition of clients' property and recommended engineering solutions to prolong the lives of common area components. Matt also prepared reports on assignments and was responsible for conducting Life Cycle Cost Analysis and Capital Replacement Forecast services on apartments, townhomes, high rise condominium towers and planned unit developments across America.

Before working at Reserve Advisors, Matt Kuisle was an Engineering Inspection Intern at the City of Milwaukee from May 1999 to August 1999. Matt served a variety of city projects and their inspection services included materials testing, quantity calculations and contractor coordination of several projects including water main installation, resurfacing of West 17th Street and complete reconstruction of North Lisbon Avenue from Sherman to 60th Street in Milwaukee.

Prior to their internship at the City of Milwaukee, Matt Kuisle worked as a Surveying and Materials Testing Intern at McGhie and Betts Engineers, Consultants and Planners from May 1997 to January 2000.

Matt Kuisle attended Marquette University, where they studied civil and environmental engineering. Matt then went on to Lourdes High School to continue their education in engineering.
