Linda Kamanga is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at The Reserve Bank of Malawi since September 2017. Linda's expertise encompasses recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Prior roles include serving as the Coordinator of Strategy where responsibilities involved facilitating strategic plan development and monitoring its implementation. Linda has also contributed to training and organization development initiatives at the Reserve Bank, and held various positions within the Government of Malawi focusing on human resource management, recruitment, and wage administration. Linda holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Derby and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Malawi Polytechnic.
