Michael Kalonda

Michael Kalonda is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Examiner for Financial Cooperatives at The Reserve Bank of Malawi since June 2023. Prior to this role, Michael was the Branch Manager at United Civil Servants SACCO from October 2020 to May 2023 and worked as a Loan Officer at Community Finance Limited from January 2018 to October 2020. Michael's career began with an internship at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) in 2015. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Enterprise Development and Microfinance from LUANAR- Bunda College of Agriculture, completed in 2018.
