Stainer Gulupe

Stainer Gulupe is an experienced professional with a diverse career spanning multiple sectors. Currently serving as an HR Specialist and Safety and Controlroom operator at The Reserve Bank of Malawi since July 2014, Stainer also holds the position of Criminal Investigator with the Malawi Police Services since February 2012 and has been an English Teacher at the Ministry of Education since February 2000. Stainer's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Exploits University (2015-2017) and an Advanced Diploma in the same field from the University of Malawi Polytechnic CEC (2011-2014).
