Benno Kappers

Benno Kappers is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in both the public and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand since October 2019, Benno specializes in business process analysis, registration, prioritization, and mapping. Prior to this role, Benno dedicated 20 years to the Department of Conservation, where responsibilities included designing and implementing technology and business process architecture for a unique national monitoring program and developing a national information management system for New Zealand's reptiles and amphibians. Benno holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, attained between 1984 and 1989.
