Dean Hill has an extensive career in the financial industry, starting at Westpac Banking Group NZ as a Dealer and gaining experience in retail banking. Dean later moved on to companies like JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley in client services roles. Dean then advanced to FX Manager at Baring Asset Management before becoming an FX Trader at Northern Trust. Currently, Dean is a Senior Manager in Financial Markets at Reserve Bank of New Zealand. Dean also took a career break to travel before completing a program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2018.
