Deborah Stephens

Deborah is currently serving as the Director of Digital Solutions/CTO (acting) at Reserve Bank of New Zealand. Prior to this role, Deborah held the position of Manager of Digital Operations at Kiwibank. With a background in information systems management, technical and production direction, and business intelligence, Deborah brings a wealth of experience to the table. Deborah's career journey includes notable roles at Weta Digital, StartHere, Syzygy, Advantage Group, Telecom New Zealand, and GCSB. Deborah holds a BSC BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Philosophy from Victoria University of Wellington.
