Evelyn Truong

Evelyn Truong is an experienced financial professional currently serving as an Advisor in Monetary Policy Analysis at Norges Bank since January 2024. Prior to this role, Evelyn spent several years at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, taking on various positions such as Manager of Modelling, Economic Advisor, Manager of Data Strategy, and Senior Analyst/Advisor in Modelling from September 2018. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as a Visiting Statistician at the Bank for International Settlements in 2018 and several roles at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand from February 2015 to April 2018, including Senior Analyst in Banking Supervision and Analyst in Forecasting. Evelyn holds a Master’s degree in Economics from The University of Waikato, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
