Helen Kincaid has extensive experience in executive support and administrative management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Governor at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand since December 2013, Kincaid provides high-level support. Previously, Kincaid worked at Right Management from March 2008 to November 2013 as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator, where responsibilities included supporting the NZ leadership team and managing office operations. Kincaid's earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager and Board Secretary at Kelburn Normal School, managing administrative tasks for over 350 students, and functioning as Personal Assistant to the CEO at Paxus, overseeing secretarial and reception staff. Kincaid is an alumna of Sacred Heart College Lower Hutt.
