With a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Cape Town, Joanna also held positions such as Chief Technical Officer at Jacques Malan Consultants & Actuaries, Consulting Actuary at Jardine Lloyd Thompson, and Investment Product Developer at Old Mutual. Joanna's expertise lies in actuarial education programs, pension scheme consulting, and investment product development.
