Ronald Wilson is a seasoned professional in engineering and operations with extensive experience in the coring industry. Since December 2013, Ronald has served as a Senior Coring Engineer at Reservoir Group, following a tenure as a Coring Engineer at Halliburton from February to December 2013. Prior to that, Ronald held similar roles at Corpro Systems Ltd from May 2007 to February 2013, where responsibilities included managing coring programs and leading teams on high-profile projects in challenging environments. Ronald’s career began in the oil and gas sector with Halliburton in various operational roles, including Field Materials Co-ordinator, and has included positions as a Cargo Inspector and Warehouseman, contributing to safety and efficiency in cargo operations. Ronald’s career foundation was built as an Apprentice Mechanic from 1992 to 1996, complemented by an education at Ellon Academy from 1987 to 1991.
