Ethan Matthews is an experienced professional in the fitness and sports industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Reset Fitness since March 2018 after previously holding the position of Operations & Business Development Manager. With expertise in market analysis and financial forecasting, Ethan has contributed significantly to the strategic growth of fitness businesses in the UAE. Prior to this, Ethan excelled as Facility General Manager at RESET FITNESS JLT, where member retention and revenue strategies were developed. As a former player and head coach at Rugby Club da Lousã, Ethan was recognized as one of Portugal's top coaches in 2015, leading teams to playoff finals. Ethan's diverse experience includes professional rugby playing, coaching children in sports, and providing behavioral support in educational settings, all supported by a solid academic background in sports coaching and performance from Cardiff Metropolitan University and the University of Bath.
