Reset Retreats creates transformational experiences designed to help people step out of the noise of everyday life and reconnect with themselves.

Many people spend years feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burnt out and stuck in survival mode.

Our retreats provide the space to slow down, breathe, reflect and gain perspective away from the constant demands of modern life.

Through breathwork, nervous system regulation, workshops, movement, nature, adventure and meaningful connection, we help people reconnect with themselves, build resilience and create lasting change.

Our experiences range from weekend reset retreats, to immersive 4-night experiences in the UK mountains, through to international retreats that combine personal growth, wellbeing and adventure.

Whether attending a retreat for rest, reflection, challenge or transformation, our aim is simple: to help people leave feeling calmer, clearer, more connected and better equipped for life beyond the retreat.

Founded by Dan Borsberry and Joe Fenlon, Reset Retreats combines personal development, wellbeing and real-world adventure to create experiences that people remember long after they return home.
