Hilary Chalk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Prior roles include GVP, Senior Operations Manager at Truist (May 2018 - January 2021), VP, Systems Procedures Manager at SunTrust (December 2016 - May 2018), and Senior Fraud Lead at SunTrust (April 2013 - August 2016). Early career experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at TrueBlue Inc. in 2012-2013, focusing on administrative and organizational tasks.
