New Life Holding Oy was founded in the spring of 2020, when a group of Finnish investors were presented an opportunity to save the largest and most respected mobile phone service company, following the financial distress of its Danish corporation.

The company formerly known as Mobylife had roots extending to the dawn of the mobile phone market. The years have tempered the departments ability to deliver service of uncompromising efficiency as well as quality.
