Christina Jefferson

Christina Jefferson, MS HRM, currently serves as the Senior Director of Inclusion & Culture for the San Francisco 49ers, focusing on innovative recruitment and inclusion strategies. Key achievements include developing a holistic nine-month Internship Program, establishing the Employee Resource Groups strategic plan, and launching successful community programs. Prior to this role, Christina held various positions at Sephora USA, including Senior Manager of Inclusion and Diversity, where efforts included the creation of an Inclusive Learning journey and diverse talent pipelines. With experience spanning positions such as General Manager at Gap Inc. and Store Manager at David's Bridal, Christina has consistently focused on diversity initiatives, operational excellence, and talent development.
