Jimi Buser

Jimi Buser is a finance and partnerships professional, currently serving as the Founder of Re:Shark since March 2022, and previously held the position of Operations & Partners at CareerAim from January 2020 to January 2024. At CareerAim, Jimi was responsible for addressing incoming issues from relationships and managing financial matters. As a co-founder of the company, Jimi contributed to a unique recruitment model that does not rely on traditional recruiters, focusing instead on guiding entry-level candidates with limited work experience. Jimi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam.
