Michel Kakon

Michel Kakon has over two decades of experience in project and product management. Currently, they work as the Director of Digital Delivery Program Management at Reshet Media. In this role, they oversee the entire project lifecycle and is responsible for managing the product roadmap, project scope, timelines, risks, and revenue generation.

Prior to this, Michel worked at Cisco/Synamedia as the Director of Delivery Program Management. There, they managed the project lifecycle for major international Pay TV customers, including Sky UK, Sky Italy, and Sky Deutschland. Michel controlled and tracked project scope, plans, schedule, progress, risks, budget, and revenues.

From 2004 to 2012, Michel worked as the Director of Project and Technical Support at HRVISION LTD. Michel also held the position of Director of Project and Product at Visionix from 2002 to 2004, where they were responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary product for Hoya Japanese Company, while also handling customer interactions and defining product roadmaps.

Earlier in their career, Michel was involved in establishing two startup companies, iTouch and ExpertEase, where they served as the Director of Development and Project. Michel implemented project and product development methodologies and managed the development groups.

In 1998, Michel worked at ViryaNet (Israel) as a Development and Project Manager. Michel played a key role in the company's strategy implementation for the next generation core product, and was responsible for the development and integration of various components into the portal environment.

Overall, Michel Kakon has demonstrated a strong track record in project and product management, with expertise in managing project lifecycles, financial analysis, customer interactions, and development methodologies.

Michel Kakon holds a PMP certification from PMI Israel. Michel also obtained a Certificate of Management Study (C.M.S) from London Middlesex University and a B.SC in Software Engineering from Jerusalem College of Technology. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Bill George on Self Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership" and "Critical Thinking" from Lynda.com, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2013.
