Rushal Ahmed

Rushal Ahmed has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rushal began their career at Abel & Cole in 2011 as a Telemarketing Supervisor, where they supported the telemarketing team and conducted outreach to encourage previous customers to reorder weekly boxes. In 2013, they worked as a Webchat Advisor at The Listening Company, where they assisted customers in ordering BT packages online and personalized packages to meet individual needs.

Rushal transitioned to marketing roles in subsequent years, working as a Marketing Analyst at Hassle.com from 2015 to 2016, and as a Business Analyst at Rentify from 2016 to 2017. In these positions, they utilized analytical skills and SQL to track user behavior, analyze trends, and optimize user acquisition through SEM, SEO, and CRM.

Since 2017, Rushal has been working at Resi in various capacities. Rushal served as the Marketing & Acquisitions Manager, where they led efforts to identify and optimize marketing channels, control costs per registration/quote, and maximize conversion rates. Rushal managed a marketing budget of up to £50,000 and successfully increased leads from 1408 in July 2017 to a peak of 5189 in January 2020, while also improving conversion rates from 1.3% to a peak of 9.7%.

Currently, Rushal holds the position of Studio Manager at Resi, and starting in November 2021, they also took on the role of Product Manager.

Rushal Ahmed pursued their education from 2012 to 2015 at Birmingham City University. During this time, they focused on Economics and studied Economics and Finance as their degree program.
