Betsy Wolf

Betsy Wolf has over 30 years of work experience in various roles, with a focus on human resources and operations management. Betsy started their career as an Executive Search Associate at David Wood Personnel, representing businesses in Florida and recruiting for a wide range of positions. Betsy then worked as a Human Resource Sales Support Manager at Richard Rubin Apparel, where they were responsible for recruiting and training employees. After that, they joined Liz Claiborne as a Sales and Customer Service Specialist, overseeing human resources, sales, and customer service activities in a specific region. Betsy then served as an HR/Operations Manager at Digestive Healthcare of Georgia, where they provided strategic HR services and leadership to the practice. Following that, they worked as a Consultant at One on One/Back to Motion for a brief period. Currently, Betsy holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at RESICAP, where they provide strategic direction and execution of talent management and development programs for the company across multiple states and markets. Their responsibilities include corporate recruitment, talent development, coaching, training, and implementing best practices. Throughout their career, Betsy has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and organizational development.

Betsy Wolf obtained their Associate's degree in Design and Applied Arts from the Atlanta School of Fashion and Design. Betsy attended the institution from 1979 to 1981.
