Carl M. Nyberg

Carl M. Nyberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources within the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at RESICAP since August 2018, Carl spearheads talent acquisition efforts across various levels and supports HR operations. In addition to roles at RESICAP, which encompasses ResiPro and ResiHome, Carl has also contributed to Peachtree Waste and co-owns Sway Sauce, overseeing business development and strategy. Previously, Carl held leadership positions at Altisource, where responsibilities included managing recruitment teams and developing agent recruiting programs. Carl earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia Southern University.
