Currently serving as the National Leasing Manager at RESICAP, Katie oversees a diverse team of over 70 agents, ensuring operational efficiency and high standards of service. Previous roles include Resident Relations/Brand Manager and Assistant Regional Manager, where Katie excelled in enhancing client satisfaction and resolving escalated issues. As the CEO and Owner of KatieCorlett Inc., Katie has focused on business development and public relations. Additional experience includes positions at Atlantic Pacific Companies and Pinnacle Property Management Services, where Katie managed multi-family properties and resident services. Katie’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences from the University of Tennessee and an Associate degree in Fashion Marketing/Merchandising from Bauder College.
