Laura Umlauf is an experienced marketing and property management professional with a background in managing rental property listings, overseeing leasing teams, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager for Listings at RESICAP since June 2022, Laura manages a portfolio of rental properties, supervises Leasing Specialists, and utilizes data-driven strategies to optimize listing accuracy and performance. Prior roles include Leasing and Applications Manager and Property Manager at Excalibur Homes, where Laura oversaw teams, managed a significant portfolio of residential properties, and collaborated on leasing operations. Laura began a career in property management at S. Nelson and Associates, handling multiple residential properties and facilitating key operational tasks. Laura holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Georgia State University Perimeter College, awarded in 2016.
