Simone is a registered dietitian specializing in virtual nutrition counseling. After earning her Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, she completed her dietetic training at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where she learned to work with diverse populations. She earned additional certification in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University. After counseling at a high-volume practice in Manhattan, she now runs her own private practice that focuses on the benefits of a high-fiber, plant-forward diet. Simone is well-versed in treating GI disorders including IBS and IBD, PCOS, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, CVD, weight management, and general wellness within the adult population. Her approach to nutrition incorporates evidence-based science, intuitive eating methodology, and compassionate support that allows her clients to form sustainable and mindful relationships with food.

She is an advocate for inclusivity and diversity within the healthcare industry and ensures her clients a space free from discrimination, judgement, and the stereotypes of diet culture. In her spare time, Simone enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her fiancé Jason and being a cat mom to June.
