Eric Carter is an experienced property management professional with a background in leasing and financial oversight. Currently serving as Property Manager and previously as Assistant Manager at Reside Living since May 2018, Eric has a comprehensive understanding of resident account management. Prior experience includes roles as a Leasing Agent at BH Management Services, LLC, and Senior Leasing Consultant at Campus Crest, where responsibilities involved comparing ledgers, processing checks related to rent rolls, and conducting audits. Eric holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Ellsworth Community College and has furthered education at Iowa State University.
