Engineering and Maintenance

The Engineering and Maintenance team at Reside Living is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, safety, and upkeep of our multifamily apartment properties. This team includes roles such as the Director of Engineering, Chief Engineers, Building Engineers, and Maintenance Technicians, all of whom work collectively to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and infrastructure.
