Amy Van-Baaren has extensive experience in various roles within the music, events, and marketing industries. Currently serving as the Chief Impact & Culture Officer and Head of Community at Resident Advisor, Amy is passionate about engaging and supporting diverse communities within the world of dance music. Prior to their current position, Amy held roles such as Head of Global Festivals & CSR Partnerships at Resident Advisor and Director at Backroom Cardiff. With a background in English Literature and French, Amy has also worked in project management, marketing, and events coordination.
