Megan Coite is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong background in client relations and industry expertise. As the Founder of The DEN Collaborative since December 2020, Megan leads a team of Real Estate Agents in the Denver area, focusing on providing personalized support to home buyers and sellers. With experience as a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Resident Realty since November 2018, Megan prioritizes a clients-first approach to ensure a seamless buying and selling experience. Prior roles include serving as an Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant at Denver Lifestyle® Real Estate and an Account Manager at Caribe SUP, among other positions that highlight strong organizational and communication skills, along with a creative flair developed through various roles in music and production. Megan holds a degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Creative Advertising from the University of South Florida and has expanded their educational background internationally.
