April Ferraro

April Ferraro is a professional with extensive experience in sales, customer service, and coaching. Currently serving as a Loan Officer Assistant at RealFi since July 2021, April has also held positions at Allstate since April 2013, where responsibilities included sales representation and account management to drive agency growth. Prior to that, April worked at Dunkin Donuts in various roles from 2005 to 2013, culminating in a position as Shift Leader. Additionally, coaching girls aged 6-15 in lacrosse at the Town of Hempstead Lacrosse Academy from 2005 to 2012 reflects a commitment to mentorship and skill development. April holds a B.S. Degree in Business Management from Farmingdale State College and an A.S. Degree in Business Administration from Nassau Community College.
