Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paul currently works at RealFi as an SVP - Sales Manager/Loan Officer, where they focus on customer service and building a team. Prior to this, they worked at growth10 as a Practice Leader, supporting entrepreneurs and addressing critical issues. Paul also had their own company, Johnson Leadership, where they served as a Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, Trainer, and DISC Behavioral Trainer. In addition, they held positions as a Senior Loan Officer at First County Mortgage and as a Senior Vice President at The Federal Savings Bank. Earlier in their career, they worked in management and sales executive roles in the mortgage finance industry at various national and regional banks and mortgage companies. Before that, they had experience in residential and commercial construction and sales on a self-employed basis.

Paul Johnson attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied Business with a focus on Marketing. Paul has obtained additional certifications as a FHMLC Credit Smart Trainer from Freddie Mac and as a Private Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration.
