Grace Jastrzembski

Grace Jastrzembski is an experienced Registered Nurse with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Since October 2017, Grace has served as an RN Case Manager at Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice. Prior experience includes working as a Labor and Delivery RN at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System from November 2016 to October 2017, and as an Emergency Room RN at Detroit Medical Center Sinai-Grace Hospital from December 2014 to October 2016. Earlier roles include serving as a Staff RN at Oakwood Healthcare System in a sub-acute rehabilitation unit from July 2013 to December 2014. Grace earned a Bachelor’s Degree in RN-BSN from the University of Michigan-Flint between 2013 and 2018, following an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing from Schoolcraft College, which was completed from 2007 to 2013. Grace graduated from Harrison High in 2001.
