Kelly Schornack, MBA, currently serves as the Director and Journey Manager for Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice, where responsibilities include overseeing an advocacy program across Michigan, Illinois, and Pennsylvania aimed at educating patients and families about various levels of care, palliative and hospice services. Prior experience includes roles as Journey Supervisor, Vice President of Care Coordination, Journey Lead, Account Executive, Insurance Representative, and Office Manager across different healthcare organizations. Kelly Schornack holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Science in Hospice and Palliative Studies from Madonna University.
