Teresa Austreng

Teresa Austreng, BSN, RN, currently serves as an RN Case Manager at Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice since August 2023. Prior to this role, Teresa held the position of Nursing Medical Case Manager at NeuroRestorative from March 2022 to September 2023, and worked as a Nurse Case Manager at Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers from June 2018 to April 2022. Teresa obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oakland University, completing the degree from 1987 to 1993.
