Residential Mortgage, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northrim Bank. Established in 1998, we started out with 30 employees and two branch offices, today we have 125 people and locations throughout Alaska to serve your needs.
Our mission is to find the mortgage that best fits our clients’ needs. Since our inception we’ve provided more than 60,000 loans to Alaskans buying or refinancing homes in select 48 state and Alaska, including Conventional loans to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans, Rural Development loans, HUD 184 loans for Alaska Natives and American Indians, Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) loans, and Veterans Administration (VA) loans.
We take great pride in serving our veterans, and as one of the largest originators of VA loans in Alaska, we are honored that many of our employees are veterans or military family members.
