Cindy Rees-Ouchi is a seasoned Realtor with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Cindy currently holds various titles at Hawaii International Real Estate Council, Island Realtors, and Council of Residential Specialists. Cindy is also a past president of the Hawaii Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists. Cindy graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Development.
