Matt Schroeder possesses extensive experience in volunteer services and organizational development within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Volunteer Services at the Residential Real Estate Council since October 2014, Matt Schroeder focuses on engaging volunteers and enhancing the performance of State Organizations and Grassroot Networking Groups through strategic consultation. Previously, Matt Schroeder held various roles at the Academy of General Dentistry from 2006 to 2014, including Administrator of Constituent Engagement & Leadership Development, where responsibilities included developing regional leadership training plans and supporting local constituents. Matt Schroeder holds a BA in Design from Iowa State University and studied Advertising and Art Direction at Chicago Portfolio School.
