Matt Schroeder possesses extensive experience in volunteer services and organizational development within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Volunteer Services at the Residential Real Estate Council since October 2014, Matt Schroeder focuses on engaging volunteers and enhancing the performance of State Organizations and Grassroot Networking Groups through strategic consultation. Previously, Matt Schroeder held various roles at the Academy of General Dentistry from 2006 to 2014, including Administrator of Constituent Engagement & Leadership Development, where responsibilities included developing regional leadership training plans and supporting local constituents. Matt Schroeder holds a BA in Design from Iowa State University and studied Advertising and Art Direction at Chicago Portfolio School.

The Residential Real Estate Council, formally the Council of Residential Specialists, is the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, with its headquarters in Chicago, IL. It is composed of over 32,000 Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) Designees and candidates/general members. The Council was created to recruit and retain those REALTORS® and international real estate professionals seeking the knowledge, tools and relationship-building opportunities and referral opportunities they need to maximize their income and professionalism in residential real estate.
