Rich Sands

Rich Sands has been actively involved in the real estate education and training field since November 2004. Rich currently serves as a Certified Instructor at CRS and also runs their own company, Rich Sands Seminars, where Rich is the President, Head Honcho, Trainer, and Speaker. Sands has experience as an Instructor at Certified Negotiation Expert and previously worked at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as the Director of Education. Rich holds a Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling from Adams State University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Wayne State University.
