Vivian Macias

Vivian Macias is a highly experienced real estate professional currently serving as First Vice President of the Residential Real Estate Council since January 2021, with a notable tenure as the 2022 Regional Vice President for Region 4, encompassing Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. Prior to this role, Vivian held the position of President of the Florida Residential Real Estate Council in 2021 and was President Elect in 2020. Additionally, Vivian has been a Real Estate Broker at Principal Properties, Inc. since March 1988. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business, Management, and Marketing from Florida International University, alongside a BA in Marketing/Marketing Management from the same institution. Vivian also has a high school diploma from Monsignor Edward Pace High School.
