Jonathan Rodgers

Jonathan Rodgers has extensive experience in various roles within the residential and support services sectors. Currently serving as an Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist and previously as an Autism Specialist 2 and Direct Support Professional at Residential Services, Inc. since January 2018, Jonathan has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving systems and processes. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Support Administrative Assistant at Alternative Services CT, Inc., where Jonathan led a project to transition agency payroll to a biometric system and assisted in digitizing documentation. Jonathan also worked as a Residential Manager and Residential Instructor at Alternative Services of CT, Inc., managing a group home for intellectually disabled individuals and coordinating care with multiple stakeholders. Early experience includes positions as a Life Skills Instructor at Seacorp Inc. and Account Administrator at TMP Worldwide, contracted to Pfizer Inc.
