Residentie Orkest
Murk Jiskoot is an accomplished musician and educator with extensive experience in percussion. Since August 2008, Jiskoot has served as a guest lecturer in hand percussion at Codarts, hogeschool voor de kunsten. Jiskoot's professional performance career began in 1998, holding positions as Principal Percussion Player and percussionist with Residentie Orkest/The Hague Philharmonic, and has continued with roles at the Metropole Orkest and Muziekcentrum van de Omroep since 2004. Jiskoot's educational background includes a degree in uitvoerend en docerend musicus, klassiek slagwerk from Koninklijk Conservatorium - Royal Conservatoire, obtained between 1982 and 1988.
