Abelardo Contreras

Abelardo Contreras is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in component engineering and product support spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and ISC Value & Component Engineering Leader at Resideo since October 2018, Abelardo focuses on searching, qualifying, and approving alternate parts for various engineering projects, including cost-saving initiatives and product redesigns. Previous roles include Component Engineering Supervisor at Resideo and Component Engineering Leader at Honeywell, with significant contributions in new product introduction, factory support, and failure analysis at leading companies such as Foxconn, Cisco Systems, and Scientific Atlanta.
